Repeal of Act 11 of 1926: The Promissory Notes
Stamp) Act, 1926, is hereby repealed: Provided that such repeal shall not affect- (a) the previous operation of the said Act or anything duly done or suffered thereunder; (b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the said Act; and (c) the validation of execution of any promissory note under the said Act.
