Amendment of Section 28-H: In Section 28-H of the Customs Act, in subsection
2), after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: "(e) determination of origin of the goods in terms of the rules notified under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) and matters relating thereto.".
