a) in sub-section (1), in clause (I), after the words, brackets, figures and letters "or sub-clause (iiihi)", the words, brackets, figures and letters "or sub-clause (iiihj)" shall be inserted; (b) in sub-section (2), in clause (a), after sub-clause (iiihi), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely:" "(iiihj) the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities constituted under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999-(44 of 1999); or".
