SECTION 19: AMENDMENT OF SECTION 25B InS.25B of the Income-tax Act-, for the words "a sum equal to one- fourth of such amount for repairs of, and collection of rent from, the property", the words "a sum equal to thirty per cent of such amount" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2002.
