AMENDMENT OF SECTION 24 In Section 24 of the Wealth Tax Act, in sub-section
5-A), after the words, brackets and figure "under sub-section (1)", the words, brackets and figure "or sub-section (2)" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of June, 2000.
