AMENDMENT OF SECTION 115C -InSection 115-C of the Income Tax Act-, in clause
c), for the words "income derived", the words, figures and letter "income derived other than dividends referred to inSection 115-0" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1998.
