AMENDMENT OF SECTION 115AD -InSection 115 of the Income Tax Act-, in sub-section
1), in clause (a), for the word "income", the words "income other than income by way of dividends referred to inSection 115-0" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1998.
