Amendment of section 22D In
s.22D of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957) , in sub-section (2A), after the words, brackets and figure "order under sub-section (1)" the words "allowing the application to be proceeded with" shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 1st day of October, 1984.
