FINANCE (NO.2) ACT, 2009 FINANCE (NO.2) ACT, 2009 33 of 2009 A Bill to give effect to the financial proposals of the Central Government for the financial year 2009-2010. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows CHAPTER 1: Preliminary: 1) This Act may be called the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2009.
