SECTION 57: Amendment of S.272B of the Income Tax Act, 1961), in sub-section (2), after the word, brackets, figure and letter "sub-section (5A)", the words, brackets, figure and letter "or sub-section (5C)" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2005.
