Amendment of Section 545
In section 545 of the principal Act,--
(a) in sub-section (1), for the words "or subject to the supervision of Court", the words "the Tribunal" shall be substituted;
(b) for the word "Court", wherever it occurs, the word "Tribunal" shall be substituted.
