Notices to fix reasonable time: Where any notice, order or requisition made under this Act or any other rule or bye-law
SECTION 316: Notices to fix reasonable time: Where any notice, order or requisition made under this Act or any other rule or bye-law made thereunder requires anything to be done for the doing of which no time is fixed in this Act or in the rule or bye-law, the notice, order or requisition shall specify a reasonable time for doing the same.
