Amendment of Section 51
In section 51 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),--
(i) clause (b) shall be omitted;
(ii) in clause (d), for the words, brackets and letters "clauses (a) to (c)", the words, brackets and letters "clauses (a) and (c)" shall be substituted.
