SECTION 13: ALTERATION AND RENEWALS TO STEAM-PIPES - Before the owner of any boiler registered under this Act makes any structural alteration, addition or renewal in or to any steam-pipe attached to the boiler, he shall transmit to the Chief Inspector a report in writing of his intention and shall send therewith such particulars of the proposed alteration, addition or renewal as may be prescribed.
