In Section 24 of the principal Act," (a) in sub-section (4), in Clause (a), the words, brackets and letter "clause (a) of" shall be omitted; (b) in sub-section (5), in Clause (b), the words, brackets and letter "clause (a) of" shall be omitted; (c) in sub-section (8), the words, brackets and letter "clause (a) of" shall be omitted.
