Secretary and other officers.—The Central Government shall—
(i) appoint a person to be the Secretary of the Board who shall also function as Secretary to the Registration Committee; and (ii) provide the Board and the Registration Committee with such technical and other staff as the Section 9 - Central Government considers necessary
