Amendment of Section 7
In section 7 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),-
(a) in the opening portion, for the words "The State Government may", the words "The State Government shall" shall be substituted;
(b) after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :-
"(c) such number of other official or non-official members, not exceeding ten, as may be nominated by the Central Government.".
