Amendment of Section 76
In section 76 of the principal Act,--
(a) for the words "Central Government", the words "Central Government or Appellate Board" shall be substituted;
(b) in clauses (a) and (b), the words and figures "or under the Indian Patents and Designs Act, 1911 (2 of 1911)" shall respectively be omitted.
