Amendment of Section 24c
In section 24C of the principal Act,--
(a) in clause (c) for the word and figures "section 85", the word and figures "section 84" shall be substituted;
(b) for clause (d), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:--
"(d) clause (e) of sub-section (7) of section 84 shall be omitted.".
