SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT
CHEQUES ACT, 1957 CHEQUES ACT, 1957 99 of 1957 An Act to amend the law relating to cheques and certain other instruments. 1) This Act may be cited as the Cheques Act, 1957. (2) This Act shall come into operation at the expiration of a three months beginning with the day on which it is passed.
