THE HAJ COMMITTEE ACT, 1959

PREAMBLE
An Act to establish a Committee in the Port of Bombay for assisting Muslim pilgrims to Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iraq, Iran and Jordan and for matters connected therewith.
BE it enacted by parliament in the Tenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:---
