Section TitleDelegation of Powers by Court of Wards
Act Info:

(1)With the general or special sanction of the 1 [2 [State]Government], the Court or Wards may, from time to time, delegate all or any ofits powers to the Deputy Commissioner of any district in which any part of theproperty of a Government ward is situated, or to any other person whom it mayappoint in this behalf, and may, at any time, with the like sanction, revokesuch delegation.

(2)Subject to any general or special orders of the 1 [2 [State]Government], the Court of Wards may exercise all or any powers conferred on itby this Act through the Deputy Commissioner of any district in which any part ofthe property of a Government ward is situated, or through any other person whomit may appoint in this behalf, and, subject to the like orders, any such DeputyCommissioner may exercise all or any powers delegated to him under this Actthrough any Revenue-officer subordinate to him.
