Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 [Repealed] Section 34 - Bare Act

¹ [(1)] Where a generating station situate within an area for which ascheme is in force has been designated in the scheme as a controlled station,the relations between the Boardand the licensee owning the station shall, subject to any arrangements agreedunder section 47,be regulated by the provisions of the First Schedule.

² [(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any scheme madethereunder, no generating station owned by a Generating Company shall bedesignated as a controlled station.]
