AMENDMENT OF SECTION 3-A "In Section 3-A of the Customs Tariff Act, in sub- section
2), in clause (ii), for the words, brackets and figure "but not including the special additional duty referred to in sub-section (1); and", the following shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted retrospectively on and from the 1st day of March, 2002, namely:" "but does not include" (a) the safeguard duty referred to in Sections 8-B and 8-C; (b) the countervailing duty referred to in Section 9; (c) the anti-dumping duty referred to in Section 9-A; (d) the special additional duty referred to in sub-section (1); and".
