51 of 1975) (hereinafter referred to as the Customs Tariff Act), in sub-section (2), in clause (ii), for the words, brackets and figure "but not including the duty referred to in sub-section (1)", the following shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted retrospectively on and from the 1st day of March, 2002, namely:" "but does not include" (a) the special additional duty referred to in Section 3-A; (b) the safeguard duty referred to in Sections 8-B and 8-C; (c) the countervailing duty referred to in Section 9; (d) the anti-dumping duty referred to in Section 9-A; and (e) the duty referred to in sub-section (1).".
