AMENDMENT OF SECTION 44D In section 44D of the Income tax Act,-in clause
b), after the words, figures and letters "after the 31 st day of March, 1976", the words, figures and letters "but before the 1st day of April, 2003" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2004.
