OMISSION OF SECTION 22-A OF ACT 47 OF 1974 -In the Oil Industry
Development) Act, 1974 [hereinafter referred to as the Oil Industry (Development) Act],Section 22-Ashall be omitted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2003.
