MENDMENT OF ACT 5 OF 1986 -In the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985
hereinafter referred to as the Central Excise Tariff Act),- (i) the First Schedule shall be amended in the manner as specified in the Fifth Schedule; (ii) the Second Schedule shall be amended in the manner as specified in the Sixth Schedule.
