AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2 In Section 2 of the Central Excise Act,
i) in clause (b), after the words "Additional Commissioner of Central Excise", the words "Joint Commissioner of Central Excise," shall be inserted, (ii) in clause (f), in sub-clause (ii), for the words, "the Schedule", the words "the First Schedule" shall be substituted.
