AMENDMENT OF SECTION III -In Section 111 of the Customs Act, in clause
m), for the words "in respect thereof;", the words, brackets and figures "in respect thereof, or in the case of goods under transhipment, with the declaration for transhipment referred to in the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 54;" shall be substituted.
