AMENDMENT OF SECTION 35 -In Section 35 of the Wealth Tax Act, in sub-section
1) for clause (aa), the following clause shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of June, 1999, namely :- "(aa) a wealth tax authority may amend any intimation or deemed intimation under sub-section (1) of Section 16;".
