AMENDMENT OF ACT 51 OF 1975 " The Customs Tariff Act, 1975
hereinafter referred to as the Customs Tariff Act)," (a) shall be amended in the manner specified in the Second Schedule; and (b) shall, with effect from date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, be also amended in the manner specified in the Third Schedule.
