AMENDMENT OF SECTION 35 In section 35 of the Wealth-tax Act, in sub-section
2), after the words, brackets and letter "clause (m) of section 2-". the words and figures, "as it existed immediately before its amendment by the Finance Act. 1992". shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April. 1993.
