SECTION 15B: PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Census Commissioner or any Director of Census Operations or any census-officer or any member of the census staff for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
