Distress of aircraft or vessel: [Where the owner or master of any aircraft or vessel is adjudged under this Act to pay
a) the aircraft and its furniture or so much of the furniture, or (b) the vessel and the tackle, apparel and furniture of such vessel or so much of the tackle, apparel and furniture thereof,
