MINIMUM NUMBER OF TRUSTEES AND QUORUM
1) The powers of the said body corporal corporate may only be exercised so long and so often as there are5[six] members thereof. (2) The quorum necessary for the transaction of business at a meeting of the Trustees shall not be less than6[four].
