Licences for Sale of Uncured Coffee
The registered owner of any estate, may, subject to the prescribed conditions and so long as the1[free sale quota] allotted to the estate will not be exceeded by the proposed sale, obtain from the Board a licence for the sale from that estate of uncured coffee.
