Amendment of Section 129c
In section 129C of the Customs Act,-
(a) in sub-section (2), for the words, brackets and figures "sub-sections (3) and (4)", the word, brackets and figure "sub-section (4)" shall be substituted;
(b) sub-section (3) shall be omitted.
