PREAMBLE

An Act to repeal the Imperial Library (Indentures Validation) Act, 1902.

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third year of the Republic of India as follows:--

1. Short title

This Act may be called the Imperial Library (Indentures Validation) Repeal Act, 2002.

2. Repeal of Act 1 of 1902

The Imperial Library (Indentures Validation) Act, 1902 is hereby repealed.
