Amendment of Section 37
In section 37 of the Income-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of April, 1986, -
(a) in sub-section (1), the words, figures and letters "and section 80VV" shall be omitted;
(b) sub-sections (3A), (3B), (3C) and (3D) shall be omitted.
