Sanction of Schames.- (l) Th« Authority shall , after
a scheme has been prepared under section 22, obtain the advice of the Advisory Council thereon . (2) The Authority may , f t , - r considering the advice so obtained and making such modifications in the scheme as i t may deem necessary, sanction the scheme; Provided that no sanctionshall be accorded by the Authority t o any scheme estimated toresultinacapital approval of the Central Government.
