Use of boiler pending grant of certificate
Subject to the provisions of sub-section (1) of
section 14, when the period of a certificate relating to a boiler has expired, the owner shall, subject to the
condition that he has applied for renewal before the expiry of the period for renewal of the certificate, be
entitled to use the boiler at the maximum pressure entered in that certificate pending the issue of orders on
the renewal application made under sub-section (3) of section 13.
