An Act to Provide for the Salaries of Ministers of the Orissa Government.

hereas provision has been made by sub-section

(3)

of section

51

of the Government of India Act,

1935,

for the determination by an Act of the Provincial Legislature of the salaries of the members of the Governor's Council of Ministers;

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

(1) This Act may be called the Orissa Ministers' Salaries Act, 1937.

(2) It shall come into force at once.
