An Act to amend the Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances Act, 1964.

It is expedient to amend

the Nagaland Deputy Speaker's Salary and Allowances Act, 1964 (Nagaland Act No. 7 of 1964), hereinafter Principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing

It

is hereby enacted in the Twentieth year of the Republic of India as follows

:-

(1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Deputy Speaker's Salary and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1969.

(2) It shall come into Force with effect from 1^st September, 1969.

(1) In Sub-section (2) of

section 4 of the Principal Act, for the words "rupees LW hundred per mensem" the words "rupees two hundred and fie per mensem" shall be

An Act to

amend 7 of 1964 the Nagaland Deputy Speaker's 1964).

It is hereby enacted

in the twenty-fifty year of the Republic of India, as follows: -

(I) This Act may be called the Nagaland Deputy Speaker's Salary and

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the March, 1974.

2. Amendment of Section 2 of Nagaland Act 7 of 1964.

Section 2 of the Nagaland Deputy Speaker's Salary and Allowances Act, 1964, shall be substituted as follows, namely

: -

"Salary or Deputy Speaker

: -2, There shall be paid to the Deputy Speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly a salary of rupees eighth hundred per mensem."

further to amend the Nagaland Deputy Speaker's salaries and allowances act 1964.

Whereas it is expected to amend the Nagaland Deputy Speaker's 'salaries and allowances act, 1964 (Nagaland Act No. 7

of 1964 in the manner here under appearing:

If is hear by enacted in the fiftieth years of the Republic of India as follows:

(i) This act may called the NAGALAND DEPUTY SPEAKER'S SALARY AND ALL0 WANCES

(AMENDMENT) ACT, 1999.

(ii) It shall

come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in official gazette appoint.

Section 2

of [he Nagaland Deputy Speaker's salaries and allowances act 1964 (Nagaland Act No. :

(2) There shall be paid to

the Deputy Speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly a salary of rupees eight thousand five hundred per mensem.

Sub-section

(2) of section 4 of the Nagaland Deputy Speaker's salaries and allowances act 1964 (Nagaland act of No. 7 of 1964) shall be deleted.

Section 9

of the Principal Act shall be substituted by the following as hereunder:

The Deputy Speaker shall be entitled to an

entertainment allowance of rupees two thousand five hundred per mensem.

An Act further to amend the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Members salaries, allowances and pension act 1964.

Whereas it

is expedient to amend the Nagaland Legislative Assembly member's salaries, allowance and pension act, 1964 (Nagaland act No. 6 of 1964) in the manner hereunder appending.

It is hereby enacted in the Fiftieth year of the Republic of India as follows:

(i)

This act shall be called the Nagaland.
