| THE FACTORIES (EXTENSION TO KOHIMA, MOKOKCHUNG, ZUNHEBOTO (WOKHA AND PHEK DISTRICTS) ACT, 1980 (NAGALAND ACT NO. 5 OF 1980) (Received the assent of t he Governor 6th June, 1980) An Act t o provide for the extension of the Factories Act, 1948 to the Kohima, Mokokchung, Zunheboto, Wokha and Phek Districts in the State of Nagaland.It is hereby enacted in the Thirty first Year of the Republic of India as follows :-1. Short title. This Act may be called the Factories (Extension to Kohima, Mokokchung, Zunheboto, Wokha and Phek Districts) Act, 1980 2. Extension of the Act LXII of 1948 to Kohima, Mokokchung, Zunheboto, Wokha and Phek Districts in Nagaland. The Factories Act, 1943 shall as from the commencement of this Act extend lo Kohima, Mokokchung, Zunheboto, Wokha and Phek Districts in the State of Nagaland and shall come into force therein on such date as the State Government may, by Notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. |
