An Act further to amend the Kerala High Court Act, 1958.

Preamble. " whereas it is expedient further to amend the Kerala High Court Act, 1958, for the purpose hereinafter appearing;

be it enacted in the Thirty-eighth Year of the Republic of India follows:"

1. Short title and commencement. "(1) This Act may be called the Kerala High Court (Amendment) Act, 1987.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. Amendment of section 5."In section 5 of the Kerala High Court Act, 1958 (5 of 1959),"

(a) in clause (ii), the word "or" at the end shall be omitted;

(b) Clause (iii) shall be omitted.
