PREAMBLE
An Act to amend the Chhattisgarh Rajya Pichhada Varg Ayog Adhiniyam, 1995.
Be it enacted by Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-eighth year of Republic of India as follows:--

Section 1 - Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Rajya Pichhada Varg Ayog (Sanshodhan) Act, 2007.
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Section 2 - Amendment of Section 3
In the Principal Act,--
In clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 3, for the word "three" the word "seven" and in proviso for the word "one" the word "three" shall be substituted.
Chhatisgarh State Acts
