| THE CHHATTISGARH CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES (AMENDMENT) ADHINIYAM, 2002 [Act No. 33 of 2002] PREAMBLE An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-third year of the Republic of India as follows:-- Section 1 - Short title and Commencement (i) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 33 of 2002). (ii) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Chhattisgarh Gazette. Section 2 - Amendment of Section 49 In Sub-section (7-AA) of Section 49 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (No. 17 of 1961) for the words "twelve months", the words "twenty four months" shall be substituted. |
