Petroleum (Berar Extension) Repeal Act, 2002 Complete Act - Bare Act

An Act to repeal the Petroleum (Berar Extension) Act, 1937 Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:

SECTION 1 : Short title

This Act may be called the (Petroleum (Berar Extension) Repeal Act, 2002) .

SECTION 2 : Repeal of Act 23 of 1937

The Petroleum (Berar Extension) Act, 1937, is hereby repealed.
