Section Text

Nothing inthis Act shall be deemed to affect the power of the Supreme Court tomake rules under article 145 of the Constitution---

(a) for laying down theconditions subject to which a senior advocate shall be entitled topractise in that Court;

(b) fordetermining the persons who shall be entitled to ¹ [actor plead] in that Court.
